Danish telecom market leader TDC Erhverv (TDC Business) provides a wide range of business communication tools for all types of companies. One of them, TDC One, is a multitool that covers the needs in a modern workplace. In 2019, TDC One went through an upgrade in its services and faced the double challenge of both communicating this externally as well as manifesting the new features internally.
Yellow challenged the existing TDC One communication and developed an online universe for this new extension. The product is now called TDC One +, which indicates and reinforces the upgrade. From here it was all about making it clear and easy to understand what One + contains.
We designed a new logo for TDC One +, along with a new visual direction and tone of voice that now have been implemented on the website and in all the sales material. We produced material explaining all the possibilities of the rather complex product. We arranged internal events and activities for the employees to give them a better understanding of One +. Internal branding and execution were particularly important for the salespeople. Every day they face clients with a need of making One + fit their specific needs.
